Why?

If I see another woman with one of these Pandora bits of crap on their wrist I think I am going to scream!!!!

WHY????

These are possibly the ugliest bits of jewellery on earth… They are generic, tacky and tasteless and from what I’ve gathered each hideous charm will cost you anything from $100 up to like thousands of dollars, I’d rather wear a bin liner for a day then have to walk around with this shit on my wrist… It boggles the mind!

I only got told about these the other day. Sometimes I really think I live under a rock. I thought they sounded stupid, now seeing what they look like I’m glad that I have managed to avoid them, hopefully I can keep doing that.

Haha they’re so suburbs huh? Super ugly, there’s heaps of knockoffs too now, even at diva! I do love proper charm bracelets though! And only in gold, duh.

Oh I dunno I gave my Mum one a couple of years ago and she loves it. All the charms mean something special to her. And when I was in Copenhagen last year (home of Pandora), I got Mum a watch charm for her bracelet that you couldn’t get anywhere else in the world. I don’t think I’d wear one, but I know my Mum loves hers.

I think my problem Cheech is that they are EVERYWHERE… You’re right, the idea behind a charm bracelet is nice… every charm represents something special to you.. I guess I just can’t believe how popular they are and how EXPENSIVE… just doesn’t appeal to me at all.

I concur, different strokes for different folks. They’re great for Mums, not good for me :)

I reckon buying your own little charms for a braclet and doing it yourself is way cooler and more personal. I have a gold charm bracelett I got as a little one and each bday my godparents would send me a random charm for it (stopped when i was nine though the cheap cunts!) but I love it! Got all this random shit on it like the Australian coat of arms, a clown, tinkerbell, teddy bear. All this little girl stuff. And this fucking anchor that fucking attaches itself to EVERYTHING. Like I’ll be out and I’ll get attached to some hos dress, really awkard because it’s so tiny it’s really hard to untangle! Paul reckons the charm thinks it’s a real anchor. haha. That said I also love those juicy couture charms! I know it’s tacky but fuck man, they have one that’s a bottle of tanning lotion! gimme gimme!
