Carly and I slacking off while Alex and Soph get their hair done. Fuck you to all of the hairdressers that let me on for days then stopped calling and emailing, YOU turned me into bridezilla. On the other hand, the wonderful Drybar which just opened in Del Mar was more than accommodating. I had a blast there, it was the first time in about a week that I got to relax a little bit. All parties can confirm that the previous Monday was 'breakdown bonanza' day for me. Note to all - DIY weddings lead to breakdowns, totally worth it though.

Oh yeah, THIS was the reason I got to relax. Sopho became my PA as soon as she hit LA. I'm not even joking here and on the day of the wedding, above and beyond, people. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

How amazing is CC's hair? Love that she had a team working on her... I wish this could happen every weekend. Having people do your hair rules. Visit a drybar soon - I'm in loooove! Can't wait to go back.

And here we are, the wedding party. The boys painted the back of the venue papel picado style. Jeff from our venue ruled, he was so nice and accommodating, the rooftop venue was fantastic.

Aieeee! Pretty flowers! How rad are the succulents? I have planted them, now to keep them alive.... that's another story.

See this bottle of tequila? He became my best friend shortly before dinner. He was actually my dinner supplement. Don't think I ate much, I do remember Soph or Alex trying to force feed me some tacos at some point.

The drinks did flow.

Pretty much by this stage, I was absolutely hammered on tequila and cocktails. I think I had the biggest party of my life, you know how there's usually that one person who really just has too much and loses it at a wedding? Pretty sure that was me. Who drinks so much that they get memory loss at their own wedding? I do.

This was the most delicious cake ever - German Chocolate. we were eating it for days afterwards and force feeding it to people at work. Even though we're not much into keeping with tradition, there was so much cake that we had to freeze some, so first anniversary hurry up because I'm ready to start hooking into that cake again.

Aimee (amazing stand in wedding co-ordinator) and I got crafty and made a home-made photobooth. Yep, these pics need cropping so you can't see it falling apart at the top, but whatevs, enjoy the realness.
