Something I’m not really used to here in the US is waiting to be seated for meals. I know this happens back home, but it’s not really that often. Pretty much every time we’ve been out, we’ve waited 15 – 40 mins for a spot. I’m not complaining though, it’s just how it is and the trick is to not be starving when you head out the door. That, and bring something along to keep yourselves occupied.
The other night, we used our phones to link up to the DMV to make some personalised number plates (in California, you can even choose symbols – heart, hand and star for your plates – BELIEVE IT!) Of course, this provided 40 minutes of pure entertainment…Sadly, ‘BOGAN’ was already taken , so the winning plate that got passed by the DMV:
Now all we need is $40 to keep it.
Interesting concept, this Tiger Text. Clever? A bit. I’d challenge anyone to come up with a reason why you would need this app besides being a deceitful shit (’spy’ not included, clearly you’d be using a shoe phone).

Hello hello! I know I’ve been off the radar a bit, but the move o/seas has really stolen away a lot of time. Now that we’ve finally found a place to live (we move in on Saturday YAYYYS) I feel like I have a bit more time just to relax a bit. So I’m back baby! PS I LOVE IT HERE. Plus for the peeps that might be wondering what the hell is going on with Hayley Mei… My jewellery supplies are in the middle of the ocean right now, hopefully I’ll get them by mid March and we’re back on board.
