It’s been AGES since I’ve been able to buy new stuff. Apart from being pov, I’ve been trying to hang on to some cash so we can find somewhere to live and buy a car (at this stage, only a matchbox car is affordable). Anyway, it’s true what you hear…Australians pay far more for clothing and shoes than anyone else.
I was going to part with $80 for a pair of shoes. Instead, I got 2 pairs for $80. YAYS! I had change to eat lunch at In & Out burger.
I have strange mixed feelings… On one hand I know these are borderline ugly… I know that every straight man on Earth (especially Noodle) will hate these, and actually probably most girls too but really if I think about it I know that I would happily strap these bad boys on my feet, stomp on their toes and say “C’est le vie” to the lot of them!

Hot damn what a week! Topped off by the awesomeness of being able to check out the new Adidas store in Chadstone and test out the Mi Adidas Originals station. The store is looking good and fresh and I was just a little bit too excited about customising a pair of kicks.

I bought more shoes. I needed some fancy ones for a wedding and I wanted something a bit different (heels are a bit different for me, but hey). I HATED these when I first laid eyes on them. Then 2 mintues later it was love and I bought them.

I had a bit of a Spring Clean and here are the fruits of my labour.
I HATE getting rid of things.
I still have my photography folio’s from high school.
Even whilst photographing these shoes I took a bunch out that I had decided to sell because I couldn’t bring myself to part with them, even though they’ll probably never get worn.
But realistically they just sit in my closet gathering dust, dust that could be turned into a White Luella Blazer or the Marc Jacobs dress I have my eye on in David Jones.
I must be sensible in such a financial climate.

Yippee they arrived! All the way from London town!… So in respect to their nationality (Eley Kishimoto is a UK label, I know it sounds totally Japanese right?) I have teamed em’ up with some London Double Decker bus socks and my stuff toy collection just cause it makes for a more interesting photo than my cream carpet… Hahahah saucy!
Ewww look how dusty my mirror is!!!! So now I’m off to get a duster!
