I love Cher… When my Mother’s best friend’s young son introduced me to her at a young age I was hooked. The glitter, the gold, the barely there outfits, it’s always been “a show” with Cher. I love the movie “Mermaids” as well as “Witches of Eastwick”. I even think that she has done the whole plastic surgery thing well too, yes you can tell she’s had a heap of work done but really I think she still looks pretty dam hot (there I said it!) Anyway I stumbled upon this archive of old Cher piccies… They just go on to confirm what a babe she is.
It’s been a long week and it’s time for a break. My fiance is doing hair for a wedding on a small island about 45min from where we live so the dogs and I are going to tag along for a mini vacation. There will be farmers markets, patchouli and hippies galore. I leave you with this site, it has us laughing pretty hard last night at dinner.

So, living in California – I’ve been getting used to driving on the wrong side, being a bit more polite and using drive-thru’s for everything. One thing I can’t deal is with is earthquakes. Last night, while alone at work, we had a pearler. Sure it’s kinda exciting for a Melbourne lass, but each time, I end up running in a circle around the room (not unlike a flappy bird that accidentally flies inside your lounge room and bangs into windows trying to get out), frantically thinking, “Doorway! Doorway! Doorway!”
By the time I get to stand in the doorway, it’s all over. I’m so glad no-one has seen me play this out yet. Although now I’ve told you all, you’ve got a pretty good picture.
I don’t even know what the right thing to do is. Get under a desk? Stand in a doorway? Run outside screaming? Set off the fire extinguisher? Use it for an excuse to flirt (I used to know a guy who would fall on girls at parties and say, ‘earthquake’ which would always end in a pash)…I’m too lazy to google and this is a forum so some advice please…
Um can someone PLEASE go and buy me all of the amazing collab between Keith Harring and House of Field, like NOW! I love Keith Harrings graphic illustrations so much but when combined with the excellently slutty/80′s styling of Miss Fields it’s almost too much for me to take…

Oh haiiiiiiiiii! It’s completely surreal and I can’t yet believe it but I’m here in sunny* San Diego…Encinitas, North County to be exact. This post is gonna be short and sweet, I still need to get all my shit sorted before I can show you any photos. The flight was ok – scored a ride on the gigantic A380 and it was made even better travelling with my friend Valium – hooray! The guy sitting in front of us projectile spewed on to the people sitting in front of him. Hilarious (for us).
